Investing in the next generation
Our commitment to India goes beyond our own office. Together with The Ridge Foundation, the charity set up by Ridown co-founder Darren Ridge, we invest in education and digital skills for young people in Delhi.
Ridown Technology Hub · Mira Model School, Delhi
A new technology hub in Delhi
In August 2025, Ridown and The Ridge Foundation opened a technology hub at Mira Model School in Janakpuri, Delhi. The school teaches around 2,000 students, many from disadvantaged backgrounds, and the hub gives them modern computers and fast fibre connectivity to build the digital skills that open up future careers.

What do the teams in Gurugram work on?
Our teams are part of the Ridown group’s businesses in telecoms, cybersecurity and consumer technology, working across software development, operations, billing and more.

We recruit across software development, operations, billing and a range of other functions. If your area isn’t listed, we would still be glad to hear from you.
What does the hiring process look like?
There are three steps: a short application, a couple of informal interviews if there is a good match, and onboarding once you accept an offer. Our recruitment team reviews every application.
Will I work with colleagues in the UK?
Yes. Teams in Gurugram work closely with colleagues across the group’s UK businesses every day, and there are opportunities to spend time together in person.
